Health Equity Assessment Tool (HEAT) training 20th October 10am-12pm

Following the success of previous recent Health Equity Assessment Tool (HEAT) training we have received many requests for further training. DHSC’s Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) North West has collaborated with Health Education England (HEE) to produce further HEAT training. This online training will be held on Microsoft Teams. The HEAT tool enables professionals to systematically identify and address health inequalities and equity in their work programmes or services.

The intended audience includes (but is not limited to):

  • Clinical Commissioning Groups
  • Commissioners
  • ICSs
  • Public Health Teams
  • Wider Local Authority teams (Planning, education, housing etc)
  • Medical trainees
  • Providers
  • Public health Registrars
  • Screening and Immunisation teams
